In case of any manufacturing defect, we will gladly accept your return within 7 days of the shipment date. All shipment, freight costs, and other transaction expenses will be charged or deducted from the refund amount.


We do not accept returns for goods that are used/ worn.
Product & Accessories, if any, should be in original condition packed in RUMI Box.
Tags should be retained and returned
Once you have sent the goods, you are required to inform us the courier name and its receipt number, so that we can track the shipment.


For both canceled orders & returned products, the refund amount will be credited back to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.


Returns could take 7 – 30 working days to process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The shipping address will be mentioned in the invoice.

We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. RUMI is not responsible for any returns lost in transit or any additional charges.
There will be no reverse pick up done for returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to re-ship the product to the seller. Once you have sent the goods, kindly inform us the courier name and its receipt number, so that we can track the shipment.
